Army Chinos
Most already know that chinos are a brilliant wardrobe staple because of their versatility and whether you’re wearing them at work or on the weekend, having a pair of these will go a long way when it comes to building outfits - the same goes for classic khaki chinos.
Army & khaki-coloured chinos are no different to their black and navy counterparts and look just as good.
With a Black Chelsea Boot

With a White Sneaker
Here we see them paired with both black and brown leather shoes. One key thing to remember when building outfits with army-coloured chinos is that the shoe colour you decide to go with will influence what you can wear on the top half.
A black shoe lends itself to more monochromatic outfits and in these cases, we’d suggest whites, blacks, and greys. Navys are out of the question with black shoes, but khakis, and light greens still work, and this is because of the tonal relationship with the army chino. When it comes to brown leather shoes, we’d recommend staying away from black pieces on top, opting for navy in its place. Remember to match your belt to the shoe colour.
With a Navy Sneaker
The chino and sneaker combination is a classic one that goes a long way for building outfits. It could be the ease of a shirt unbuttoned over a tee, or simply just the shirt - it all depends on the occasion. A white or cream sneaker will look just as good with some army chinos as a pair of navy kicks, lending itself to more navy, white, and grey pairings. If you’re wearing navy on top, or navy sneakers, a brown belt will serve you well for this look.
