REFUNDS & BANKED CREDIT
You can request a refund up to 48 hours after each charge date.
Banked credit cannot be refunded and can be used toward anything on the online store + more great options in-store.

Membership / Subscription items
If you need to exchange for a different size or colour, send us an email at hello@asuwere.co to arrange a return.
If 30 days have gone by since you received your item and you have not made contact with us regarding the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your garment is faulty, please email hello@asuwere.co with images of fault and we can arrange a repair or a replacement.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR NON MEMBERS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item and you have not made contact with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange for a different size, colour or alternative product, send us an email within 14 days of receiving the item to hello@asuwere.co with reason to arrange a return.
Items sent without emailing first will not be accepted.
Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then we will issue a credit which can be used in the Asuwere online store, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on items. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us at hello@asuwere.co
Shipping
If eligible for a return, you will need to mail your product to Auckland, New Zealand. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
